Hi everyone,
today I will reply to all of you parents who ask me if there are in the Seychelles hotels with mini clubs for children.
I have to give you some bad news, but don’t despair because the classic village with entertainment has never existed in the Seychelles and this is precisely what differentiates the Seychelles from any other destination.
I know you want to relax or your child gets bored after being with you for a while, but in the Seychelles the place is great for your children:
- sunshine all year round
- even if the beaches are not equipped with umbrellas, the plants and palm trees offer the right shade so as not to burn yourself in the sun (watch out for the coconuts though, don’t get under the palm trees, I would never want a coconut to fall off and fall on your head ).
First an almost exclusive destination for romantic couples on their honeymoon but recently super-visited by families with children as well. So here are some structures that have opened the baby parking service with real mini clubs from 3 years upwards.
ON THE ISLAND OF MAHE we find:
- Kempinki resort at Baie Lazare 5-star seafront hotel;
- Contance Ephelia at Port Launay as well as the mini club offers a natural amusement park with climbing, rowing, rope throwing, a tennis court and you can also rent bicycles;
- The Four Season at Baie Lazaire the top 5 star;
- Story Seychelles at Beau Vallon a brand new 5-star hotel.
ON THE ISLAND OF PRASLIN we find:
- Constance Lemuria at Anse Georgette a top 5-star hotel which also offers an 18-hole golf course;
- Raffles at Anse Takamaka 5 stars overlooking the sea.
ON THE ISLAND OF LA DIGUE, on the other hand, we don’t find any, but don’t be sad because the island is so pretty and small that the least of your thoughts will be the mini club.
So let’s go on the narrow streets of the island to go far and wide with your bicycle, you can hunt for giant turtles.
ON THE OTHER ISLANDS we find:
- Denis island private island with outdoor animals, phenomenal.

There are some establishments such as the CORAL STRAND and THE BERJAYA HOTEL at Beau Vallon – Mahe which have a small playground with a slide and swing but no entertainers.
If you want the baby sitter service to give you a nice massage instead you can request it in the structure for a fee.
Now, if you are thinking of organizing your holiday in the Seychelles, play it safe, you will spend whole days on the white sandy beaches and water that is never cold, indeed sometimes even hot.
